Complaint For Order No 4599

We received today the electic light fittings we ordered from you off 25 may (order No 4599)

Three of the crates reached us in perfeat condition, but on unpacking the fourt we found a large number of breakage. As the fittings apprear to have been arefully packed, would seem that the breakage have been coosed buy rough handling in transit.

We enclose a list of the damagred fittings and shal be glad if you will take the matter up with feilway authorities, replacements will of course be needed and we hope you can arrage for these to be sent with him the next fiew days.
